Where can I find an Aimo Charge charging stations?
The Aimo Charge charging service is available around Finland. You can find our charging stations at, for example, shopping centres, hotels, restaurants, car parks and other public premises.
You can use Aimo Charge charging stations with all the most common connectors (CCS and Type 2). The easiest way to find the closest charging station is through your Aimo app. It shows the availability, prices and other information of the charging stations in real time. The Aimo Charge charging station network is constantly expanding and service offering now covers Finland and Sweden.
How can I pay for the charging?
Charging is paid through the Aimo app, which you can download from App Store or Google Play.
How do I start and end the charging?
The use of the Aimo Charge charging stations is easy and convenient through Aimo app.
Start of the charging: When you have found the closes Aimo Charge charging station, you can start charging through the Aimo app. You can select the desired charging station from the app and start charging directly with the app. Through the app, you can also follow the progress of the charging in real time.
End of the charging: You can stop the charging similarly as you started it. In the Aimo app, you just stop the charging. You can also follow the price of the charging and usage time. The app instructs you.
The charging will not start. What should I do?
If the charging at the Aimo Charge charging station will not start, you should check the following first:
Check that your car is carefully connected to the charging station.
Ensure that the charging cable is connected to the car and charging station.
Ensure that the charging station is ready to use. If the red light of the charging station is on, it usually means that the charging station is in error mode or offline mode. Then, you should search for another charging station or contact Aimo's customer service.
Check that you have chosen a charging connector that suits your car.
Check that you have added a payment card to the Aimo app.
If all the above issues are in order and the charging will not start, please contact Aimo customer service. Our customer service will help you solve any problems and make sure that you can charge your car.
Does the Aimo Charge service have its own mobile application?
Yes, the Aimo Charge charging service has its own free mobile application, Aimo, which you can download for your iOS and Android devices. You can download Aimo from App Store or Google Play.
Aimo app is an easy-to-use and convenient way to manage your charging and find the closest Aimo Charge charging station.
With Aimo, you can:
Find the closest Aimo Charge charging station. You can also see the availability of the charging stations.
Start charging. With Aimo, you can start charging directly through the app. You can also select the desired charging speed and follow the progress of the charging in real time.
Follow the price of the charging and usage time. The Aimo app show you the price of the charging and usage time in real time. That way, you can follow the progress of the charging and ensure that the charging progresses as planned.
End charging. With Aimo, you can also end the charging whenever you want. You can also see your previous charging and parking history in the app.
Pay for the charging. Add you payment card information to the Aimo app. The app will take care of the rest.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your Taskuparkki/Aimo password, you can restore the password as follows:
Open the app.
Click the “Login” (Kirjaudu sisään) button.
Click the “Forgot your password?” (Unohditko salasanasi?) link.
Enter you email address which has been registered in the Taskuparkki/Aimo app.
You will receive an email containing instructions on how to change the password.
If you did not receive the email, please check your junk mail and contact customer support to change your password.
How can I update my payment card information?
You can update your payment card information in Aimo app as follows:
Open the Aimo app.
Click the “Account” (Tili) icon – three lines at the left top corner.
Click “Payment methods” (Maksutavat).
Click the “Add payment method” (Lisää maksutapa) button if you want to add a new payment card. If you want to remove the payment method, click the payment and click “Remove payment method” (Poista maksutapa) button.
Enter the information of the new payment card, such as the number of the card, validity, and CVC code.
Save the new payment information by clicking the “Register” (Rekisteröi) button.

My housing company purchased Aimo Charge charging stations. How can I start using them?
When your housing company has purchased Aimo Charge charging stations, you can start using the as follows:
Download Aimo app to you mobile phone and register yourself as a user.
Login to the app using your username and password.
Enter the car and payment method information.
Find the location and go to the Charging options (Latausvaihtoehdot) tab. Select a charging point from the list.
Connect the charging cable to the charging point and to the vehicle. Press Start (Aloita). Charging starts.
When charging is complete, click Stop charging (Lopeta lataaminen). Charging ends. You can now disconnect the charging cable from the vehicle and the charging point.

My employer purchased Aimo Charge charging stations. How can I start using them?
When your employer has purchased Aimo Charge charging stations, you can start using the as follows:
Download Aimo app to you mobile phone and register yourself as a user.
Login to the app using your username and password.
Enter the car and payment method information.
Find the location and go to the Charging options (Latausvaihtoehdot) tab. Select a charging point from the list.
Connect the charging cable to the charging point and to the vehicle. Press Start (Aloita). Charging starts.
When charging is complete, click Stop charging (Lopeta lataaminen). Charging ends. You can now disconnect the charging cable from the vehicle and the charging point.

Can I use Aimo Charge charging stations abroad?
Aimo Charge points are available in Finland and Sweden with the Aimo app. Please note that the corporate account is country-specific, so to use the charging points in Finland and Sweden, you need to have separate corporate accounts in both countries.
