Charging is paid through the Taskuparkki app, which you can download from App Store or Google Play.
The use of the Aimo Charge charging stations is easy and convenient through the Taskuparkki app.
Start of the charging: When you have found the closes Aimo Charge charging station, you can start charging through the Taskuparkki app. You can select the desired charging station from the app and start charging directly with the app. Through the app, you can also follow the progress of the charging in real time.
End of the charging: You can stop the charging similarly as you started it. In the Taskuparkki app, you just stop the charging. You can also follow the price of the charging and usage time. The app instructs you.
If the charging at the Aimo Charge charging station will not start, you should check the following first:
- Check that your car is carefully connected to the charging station.
- Ensure that the charging cable is connected to the car and charging station.
- Ensure that the charging station is ready to use. If the red light of the charging station is on, it usually means that the charging station is in error mode or offline mode. Then, you should search for another charging station or contact Taskuparkki’s customer service.
- Check that you have chosen a charging connector that suits your car.
- Check that you have added a payment card to the Taskuparkki app.

Taskuparkki app is an easy-to-use and convenient way to manage your charging and find the closest Aimo Charge charging station.
With Taskuparkki, you can:
Find the closest Aimo Charge charging station. You can also see the availability of the charging stations.
Start charging. With Taskuparkki, you can start charging directly through the app. You can also select the desired charging speed and follow the progress of the charging in real time.
Follow the price of the charging and usage time. The Taskuparkki app show you the price of the charging and usage time in real time. That way, you can follow the progress of the charging and ensure that the charging progresses as planned.
End charging. With Taskuparkki, you can also end the charging whenever you want. You can also see your previous charging and parking history in the app.
Pay for the charging. Add you payment card information to the Taskuparkki app. The app will take care of the rest.

If you have forgotten your Taskuparkki password, you can restore the password as follows:
- Open the Taskuparkki app.
- Click the “Login” (Kirjaudu sisään) button.
- Click the “Forgot your password?” (Unohditko salasanasi?) link.
- Enter you email address which has been registered in the Taskuparkki app.
- You will receive an email containing instructions on how to change the password.
If you did not receive the email, please check your junk mail and contact Taskuparkki’s customer support to change your password.
You can update your payment card information in the Taskuparkki app as follows:
- Open the Taskuparkki app.
- Click the “Menu” (Valikko) icon – three lines at the left top corner.
- Click “Account” (Tili).
- Click the “Add payment card” (Lisää maksukortti) button if you want to add a new payment card. If you want to remove the payment card, click the payment card and click the “Remove card” (Poista kortti) button.
- Enter the information of the new payment card, such as the number of the card, validity, and CVC code.
- Save the new payment information by clicking the “Save” (Tallenna) button.

When your housing company has purchased Aimo Charge charging stations, you can start using the as follows:
- Download the Taskuparkki app to you mobile phone and register yourself as a user.
- Log in to the app using your username and password.
- Enter the car and payment card information.
- In the app’s start screen, click the “Plug” (Sähköpistoke) icon at the bottom left corner.
- Select the desired charging station from the list.
- Connect your electric car to the charging station with the charging cable.
- On the start screen of the app, click the “Start charging” (Aloita lataus) button to start charging.
- When the charging is completed, click the “End charging” (Lopeta lataus) button on the start screen of the app.
- Disconnect the charging cable from the car and charging station.
