I want a parking permit. What do I do?

Send us a contract request by email to info@aimopark.fi.

Buy a monthly parking permit from Taskuparkki app. You can easily redeem your monthly parking permit using Taskuparkki app or in your browser at www.taskuparkki.fi. After successfully redeeming your permit, you will receive general instructions about the permit by email.

Can I place an additional order to my existing contract?

Yes, you can! Please email us at info@aimopark.fi.

I lost my season ticket or it doesn't work. What can I do?

No problem! You can order a new season ticket from us by sending an email to info@aimopark.fi. We will replace the faulty card with a new one free of charge or charge €25 to replace a lost card.

How do I add the registration number of my car to my season ticket?

Please send us your season ticket number and the licence plate number you would like to be attached to it by e-mail to controlroom@aimopark.fi.

How to terminate a parking contract?

Termination must be made one month before the start of the next billing period. Termination must always be made in writing to info@aimopark.fi.

How do I extend my contract?

If you have any questions about your contract, please contact our Customer Service team at info@aimopark.fi.
